Understanding the manner in which people accomplish tasks and 
communicate ideas is a critical component in team productivity.  
Some team members prefer to take risks, challenge the status 
quo, and thrive on change. Others prefer peace and quiet, 
established routines, and resist conflict of any kind. Different 
styles can create confusion among team members unless 
everyone understands that a team made up of people with 
diverse styles is a more productive team.
